Position Types

We hire under two primary classifications:

W-2 Employee Roles (Scheduled Shifts)

• Retail & Sales Associate

• Evening Store Support

• Fulfillment & Storefront Operations

These roles are shift-based. You are scheduled and expected to be present, professional, and productive during assigned hours.

1099 Independent Contractor Roles (On-Call Structure)

• Evening Delivery Driver

• Fulfillment Specialist

• Commission-Based Sales Representative

These roles are availability-based and performance-driven. There are no guaranteed hours.

Classification is defined in writing prior to engagement.

Minimum Age & Eligibility

Due to state regulatory requirements and the nature of our products, all applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application. Proof of age will be required during the screening process.

Applicants must also:

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Maintain professional communication

• Follow internal SOPs and compliance procedures

• Be comfortable operating in a regulated hemp retail environment

Failure to meet compliance expectations results in removal.

Pre-Qualifying Interview Standard

Your interview begins the moment we reach out.

We evaluate professionalism, reliability, and clarity based on your first response.

If we ask questions:

• Respond directly

• Do not deflect

• Do not give vague answers

• If you cannot meet a requirement, say so clearly

Clear communication is required to move forward.

Compensation Philosophy

Compensation depends on classification.

W-2 Roles

• Hourly pay

• Scheduled shifts

• Retail tip structure where applicable

• Performance-based growth opportunities

1099 Roles

• Hourly or per-task structure depending on assignment

• Performance stipends per completed stop

• Retainer for reserved on-call windows when applicable

• Keep 95% of tips on fully completed deliveries

• Commission bonuses where applicable

1099 roles are supplementary income opportunities and are not full-time employment.

Operational Expectations

This is not a sit-and-wait environment.

During your shift or on-call window, you are expected to:

• Assist customers professionally

• Maintain organized displays and packaging

• Execute fulfillment tasks accurately

• Route and complete deliveries efficiently

• Follow all hemp compliance requirements

• Protect brand reputation at every interaction

Idle time is not compensated time.
