What Cannabinoids Are Legal in Georgia?

Georgia’s hemp laws remain in step with federal guidelines, though the state has shown signs of increasing scrutiny. Here’s the current legal status (as of mid-2025):

  • THCa – Legal if Delta 9 THC remains ≤0.3% by dry weight. Georgia does not currently restrict THCa specifically. All of our THCa flower, prerolls, moonrocks, and vapes are lab-tested and compliant with both federal and state law.

  • Delta 8 THC – Legal, but monitored. As of now, Georgia allows the sale and shipment of Delta 8, though regulators are watching the space. We continue to ship Delta 8 gummies and disposables legally across the state.

  • Hemp-Derived Delta 9 – Legal, as long as the product contains no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight. Our Delta 9 edibles and carts meet this threshold.
